高效液相色谱法测定银翘片中牛蒡苷含量的方法建立

摘要:

为完善银翘片质量标准,采用高效液相色谱法对银翘片中牛蒡苷的含量测定进行了研究。色谱柱为C₁₈(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈－0.1%冰乙酸溶液(25：75),检测波长为280 nm,流速1 mL/min,柱温25℃,进样量10 μL。牛蒡苷进样浓度在0.1～2 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r＝0.9999)；样品平均回收率为96.5%(n＝6),RSD为1.3%。本方法简便、准确度高、重复性好,为进一步控制银翘片的质量提供了依据。

Abstract:

Inorder to improve the quality standard of Yinqiao tablet , An HPLC method for the content determination of arctiin in Yinqiao tablet was developed. The isolation was performed on a C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile - 0.1% iceacetic acid solution (25:75) . The detection wavelength was 280 nm, The flow rate was 1mL/min , The column temperature was 25℃,the injection volume was 10 μL .There was a good linear correlation between the peak areas and the concentrations of arctiin at the range of 0.1～2 mg/mL(r＝0.9999)by HPLC. The average recovery was 96.5% with RSD of 1.3%(n=6).The results indicated that the method was simple,accurate and repeatable .It can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao tablet.
