四种方法治疗奶牛传染性角膜结膜炎的试验研究

摘要:

目的：观察四种治疗方法治疗奶牛传染性角膜结膜炎的疗效,并进行对比,选出较好的治疗方案,以提高奶牛传染性角膜结膜炎的治愈率。方法：选吉林省镇赉县某村屯确诊为传染性角膜结膜炎的奶牛80头,将患牛随机分4组,在应用西药的基础上,又分别采用中兽医的方法治疗,四组分别为综合治疗组、中药内服加点眼组、柳枝穿插顺气穴加自家血注射组及对照组。结果：综合治疗组的治愈率95%；中药内服加点眼组治愈率80%；柳枝穿插顺气穴加自家血注射组的治愈率75%；对照组的治愈率为45%。结论：在应用西药的基础上采用综合治疗的方法疗效高于其它三种方法,为临床治疗该病提供了确实可行的治疗方法。

Abstract:

SObjective: To observe the therapeutic effect of four treatment of cow infectious keratoconjunctivitis,and carries on the contrast,choose good treatment,in order to improve the cure rate of swine enzootic pneumonia. Methods: Zhenlai County of Jilin Province, a village with infectiousSkeratoconjunctivitisS80 cows,Sthecows were randomly divided into 4 groups,on the base of Western medicine,and are used for veterinary treatment, four groups were respectivelyScombined treatment group,Chinese medicine group, add eye Liu Zhichuan inserted along with their own blood cavitationinjection group and control group. Results:the cure rate in treatment group 95%;Chinese herbs plus eye group, the cure rate was 80%;the cavitation and their blood injection with the cure rate was 75%; control group,the cure rate was 45%.Conclusion: the effect of combined treatment method on the base of Western medicine is higher than the other three methods, provides afeasible method for the treatment of the clinical treatment of the disease.
