| 羊痘是由羊痘病毒(Capripoxvirus,CPV)引起的一种急性、热性、接触性传染病,主要感染山羊、绵羊,发病特征呈发热、呼吸困难、流黏液性或脓性鼻液,是所有动物痘病中最为严重的一。该病严重的影响着养羊业的发展和国际贸易,给畜牧业经济的发展造成了巨大的经济损失。本文主要就羊痘病毒的流行特点、基因组结构特征、热点蛋白研究、诊断和检测、疫苗研究五个方面进行了较为详细的综述,为羊痘病的研究及预防控制提供重要的理论依据。 |

| Capripox.(Sheeppox and goatpox),casued by capripoxvirus,is an acute feverish and contagious disease in sheep or goat.Capripox is classified as list group A by Office International des Epizooties(OIE)and first group disease in China.The disease seriously affects the development of sheep industry and international trade, brings huge economic losses to the development of animal husbandry economy.This paper mainly were reviewed in detail on the goat pox virus epidemic characteristics, genome structure, hot protein research, diagnosis, vaccine research, trying to provide important information for the study and prevention of goat pox disease control. |
