为分析产蛋鸡及其子代鸡的新城疫抗体消长规律,对5、7、10、12月龄的海兰蛋鸡及其子代鸡在7、14、21和28日龄时的新城疫血凝抑制抗体进行了检测。结果表明,海兰蛋鸡在7月龄时新城疫HI抗体最高,为211.2,随后逐渐下降,12月龄时的HI抗体下降到29.5。子代鸡新城疫抗体水平随着日龄的增加而逐渐降低,21日龄时HI抗体效价在24左右;种鸡在7月龄时所产子代鸡的母源抗体最高。本研究为制定合理的新城疫疫苗免疫程序奠定了基础。 |

Changes of Antibody Level of Newcastle Disease in Hy-line Layers and Their Progenies |

Abstract: |
To analysis the changes of antibody level of newcastle disease (ND) in Hy-line layers and their progenies, HI antibody of ND was titered in Hy-line layers at the age of 5, 7, 10 and 12 months and their progenies at the age of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. The results indicated the titer of HI antibody in 7 months layerswas highest and 211.2, then the titer decreased to 29.5 at the age of 12 months. The titer of HI antibody in the progeny declined with age and was 24 at the age of 21 days. The titer of HI antibody in the progeny of 7 months layers was higher than other layers. It was a base for immunization programs of ND vaccine. |
