| 建立了兽药复方磺胺对甲氧嘧啶片中磺胺对甲氧嘧啶的高效液相色谱测定法,以C18为固定相,0.1%磷酸溶液－乙腈(80：20)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温40℃,检测波长为270nm。磺胺对甲氧嘧啶的线性范围为5.0－100μg/mL,回归方程为Area=33.5583726*Amt－12.147672(n=5),相关系数为0.99997。 |

| Abstract: |
| An HPLC method has been developed to determine the content of Sulfamethoxydiazine in Compound Sulfamethoxydiazine Tablets, using C18 column as stationary phase, with a mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric solution－acetonitrile (80:20) and wavelength of 270 nm. The linear range of Sulfamethoxydiazine was 5.0－100μg/mL. And the regression equation was A=33.5583726*Amt－12.147672 with the correlation to be 0.99997. |
