磷酸替米考星可溶性粉对人工感染鸡毒支原体的临床疗效试验

摘要:

将磷酸替米考星可溶性粉分高、中、低(1g/L、0.75g/L、0.5g/L)3个剂量组,分别饮水给药治疗人工感染鸡毒支原体,同时设替米考星可溶性粉作为药物对照(按0.75g/L推荐剂量),一日两次,连用3d。结果,磷酸替米考星可溶性粉三个剂量组和药品对照组对鸡毒支原体感染有显著疗效,且试验药品高、中剂量组和药品对照组相对阳性感染对照组(感染不给药组),对控制支原体感染引起的死亡率、减轻气囊损失病变率,以及相对增重率等差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,磷酸替米考星可溶性粉按0.75g/L的剂量饮水给药,连用3天,能有效治疗鸡毒支原体感染引起的呼吸道病。

Abstract:

The experiment was conducted to use three dosage levels of Tilmicosin phosphate soluble powder(1g/L、0.75g/L、0.5g/L）and other manufacturers Tilmicosin soluble powder as control (0.75g/L, recommended dose) to cure Chicken Mycoplasma gallisepticum infected artificially by drinking water, twice a day, for 3 days. The results showed both the test group of three levels and the control group had significantly therapeutic efficacy on Mycoplasma galliseptic-um infection, and the test group in high,middle dose and control group had distinguished differences (P<0.05) to positive control group (infection,but not treatment) on reducing death rate, the damage rate of chicken air sac lesions and weightgainra-te(WGR)．Artificial infection experiment indicated that the level of Tilmicosin phosphate soluble power (0.75g/L，twice a day, for 3 days)had better effect as drinking on curing Chicken Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
