为及时准确监测口蹄疫疫苗产生抗体的水平,采用间接血凝试验和ELISA方法,对牛羊口蹄疫O-AsiaⅠ型双价灭活疫苗和A型灭活疫苗注射动物机体后抗体水平进行检测。评价不同生产厂家、2010年同期抗体水平、规模化养殖小区与散养户之间免疫效果。结果显示:采用四个不同生产厂家口蹄疫O型和A双价灭活疫苗免疫效果检测,首免15后天均能达到国家规定的标准(抗体合格率70%),加强免疫后抗体合格率三个厂家能达到100%;内蒙古自治区4个盟市8个旗县2010年同期抗体水平比较,其监测结果均等达到国家规定的标准,合格率在76%以上;规模化奶牛场与散养奶牛地区口蹄疫的免疫效果比较,规模化养殖场,免疫合格率较高可达83%,散养户为61%。表明规模化养殖场抗体产生水平明显高于个体散养户相。 |

Abstrct:In this paper,our goal is to determine the levels of antibody of foot and mouth disease produced by the vaccine timely and accurately,indirect hemagglutination test and ELISA were used to determine the levels of antibody of foot and mouth disease for cattle and sheep after treating animal using O-Asia Ⅰ type bivalent vaccine and A-type inactivated vaccine.The immune effect were estimated between different manufacturers,the levels of antibody,large-scale and free-ranging farmers in 2010.The results show that using four different manufacturers of FMD type O and Asia Ⅰ effect of bivalent inactivated vaccine testing, after immunized 15 days to achieve the national standard (antibody 70% pass rate), the passing rate of antibody after booster immunization three manufacturers can reach 100%, in 2010, compared with the results of some companies badly;the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 4 League City, eight counties had three years of monitoring results, etc. to achieve the national standard, more than 76% pass rate; third large-scale dairy farms and scattered Dairy region compared the immune effect of foot and mouth disease, large-scale farms, the immune higher pass rate up to 83%, 61% of backyard farmers. That shows the levels of antibody higher in the arge-scale,compared to free-ranging farmers,significantly. |
