高效液相色谱法测定杨树花口服液中水杨苷的含量

摘要:

建立了高效液相色谱分离测定杨树花口服液中水杨苷含量的方法。采用Waters XBridge C18色谱柱(150×4.6 mm, 5mm),以甲醇-水(10:90)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长269 nm,柱温30℃。HPLC成功地分离了水杨苷。水杨苷的线性范围为25~500mg/mL(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.8%,RSD为1.49%。所建立的方法准确、快速,操作简便,可用于杨树花口服液的质量控制。

Abstract:

To use the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determine salicin in Yangshuhua Oral Liquid. The isolation was performed on a Waters XBridge C18 column (150×4.6 mm, 5mm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol- water (10:90). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, The detection wavelength of 269nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃. HPLC was successfully applied to the isolation of salicin in Yangshuhua Oral Liquid. The standred curves were linear over the ranges of 25~500mg/mL(r=0.9995)for salicylic acid .The average recoveries were 100.8%,and RSD were 1.49%.The method is simple and can be used as a quality control for Yangshuhua Oral Liquid.
