HPLC-PDAD法检测3种中兽药散剂中违规添加4种喹诺酮类药物的研究

摘要:
建立检测健胃散等3种中兽药散剂中违规添加氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星等4种喹诺酮类药物的HPLC-PDAD法。采用Atlantis T 3(十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,4.6mm i.d×250mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸溶液∶乙腈∶甲醇(85.5∶7.0∶7.5),流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:283nm。4种喹诺酮类药物检查方法的线性关系良好,r>0.9999;回收率均在98.4% ~104.6%范围内,RSD均在0.9%~2.3%之间;4种喹诺酮类药物在3种中兽药散剂中的检出限均为200mg/kg。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于中兽药散剂中违规添加喹诺酮类药物的检测。

Determination of four Quinolones Illegally Adulterated into Three Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Powders by HPLC

Abstract:
To establish a HPLC-PDAD method for determination of four quinolones in three traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powders.Samples were extracted with a mixture of a solution of 2%phosphoric acid and acetonitrile(1:1), RP-HPLC-PDAD was performed on a column of Atlantis T 3 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) at 283nm. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of a solution of phosphoric acid, acetonitrile and methanol(85.5:7.0:7.5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. In the linear range the correlation coefficients over 0.9999.The average recoveries were 98.4% ~104.6% with RSD between 0.9%~2.3%. This method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used in the determination of Quinolones illegally adulterated into the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powder.
