建立HPLC法测定复方多聚甲醛粉中水杨酸和苯甲酸的方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 色谱柱(4.6×250mm,粒径5μm),以0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(PH6.0)-甲醇(90:10,V:V)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温40 ℃,进样量为10μL,以外标法峰面积定量。水杨酸和苯甲酸在浓度1.0 ~ 50μg/mL范围内的线性良好,相关系数r均为0.9999,平均回收率分别为99.06%~99.69%( RSD =0.09%~0.63%) 和 99.12%~99.73%( RSD =0.16%~0.48%) ,n=3。本方法简便、准确,可快速测定复方多聚甲醛粉中水杨酸和苯甲酸的含量,为产品质量控制提供依据。 |

Abstract: |
To establish a HPLC method for determination of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Compound Paraformaldehyde Powder. Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB -C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm)was used with the mobile phase of a mixture of methanol and 0.05mol/L KH2P04 ( 10:90 ) ( adjusted to pH 6.0 with H3P04) as mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperture was 40℃; the detection wavelength UV 230 nm. The calibration curves of salicylic acid and benzoic acid was linear relationship in the range of 1.0~ 50μg/mL (r=0.9999). The average recoveries was 99.06%~99.69%(RSD=0.09%~0.63%) and 99.12%~99.73%(RSD=0.16%~0.48%) respectively,n=3. The established method is simple, quick and accurate for the simultaneous separation and determination of osalicylic acid and benzoic acid in Compound Paraformaldehyde Powder. |
