| 研究了多拉菌素浇泼剂对小鼠旋毛虫各个时期的驱杀效果。多拉菌素浇泼剂按5mg?kg-1?bw-1为小鼠背部浇泼给药一次，对小鼠旋毛虫成虫、移行期幼虫和包囊期幼虫进行驱杀。结果表明，多拉菌素浇泼剂对旋毛虫成虫的杀虫效果最好，杀虫率可达99.5%，其次是旋毛虫的移行期幼虫，杀虫效果达96.62%，而对包囊期幼虫的杀虫效果最差，只有31.98%。多拉菌素浇泼剂治疗小鼠旋毛虫的成虫和移行期蚴虫疗效显著，而对包囊期幼虫效果不明显。本研究为该药进一步的广泛应用于家畜提供理论与实验依据。 |

| Abstract: Studied doramectin pour-on effect on Trichinella in mice drive to kill each period. Doramectin pour-on by 5mg ? kg-1 ? bw-1 on mice back were administered once, adult Trichinella spiralis in mice, migration of larvae and cysts drive to kill larvae. The results showed that doramectin pour-on insecticide best adult Trichinella spiralis, insecticidal rate of 99.5%, followed by migration of Trichinella larvae, the insecticidal effect was 96.62%, while the cysts of insecticidal effect larvae was worst, only 31.98%. This study of the drug provide further theoretical and experimental basis for widely used in livestock. |
