高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根注射液中(R,S)-告依春的含量

摘要:
建立了板蓝根注射液中(R,S)-告依春含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Waters XBridge C18色谱柱(150×4.6 mm, 5mm),甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7:93)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长245 nm,柱温30℃。进样量在0.16~0.48mg之间线性范围良好,r=0.999,系统精密度RSD=0.31% (n=6),平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=0.36%)。

Abstract:
The HPLC method was established for the determination of (R,S)epigoitrin in Banlangen injection. A chromatographic column of Waters XBridge C18 (150×4.6 mm, 5 mm) was used, with the mobile phase of methanol- phosphoric acid solution(7:93) at the folw rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength of 245nm and the column temperature of 30℃. The linear concentration was within the range of 0.16~0.48mg (r=0.99). RSD of system precision was 0.31% (n=6), and the average recovery was 98.6%(RSD=0.82%).
