建立了一种检测三种喹诺酮类药物在鸡蛋中残留的高效液相色谱-荧光检测法,利用建立的方法对三种喹诺酮类药物在产蛋期蛋鸡用药后鸡蛋中药物的浓度进行了测定,并根据测定值研究了鸡蛋中药物的残留消除规律。400 kg水中分别添加不同含量的恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星,连续给药三天,使用高效液相色谱法对鸡蛋中三种喹诺酮类药物残留进行分析。结果表明,至停药8 d时,鸡蛋中检出的诺氟沙星的浓度低于10 μg/kg;至停药8 d时,鸡蛋中检出的氧氟沙星的浓度低于10 μg/kg;至停药12 d时,鸡蛋中检出的恩诺沙星的浓度低于10 μg/kg。由此可见,在本试验条件下,建议恩诺沙星在临床上蛋鸡产蛋前14 d左右停用,诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星在临床上蛋鸡产蛋前10 d左右停用。 |

Abstract: A method for determination of quinolones residues in eggs by HPLC with
fluorescence detector detection was established, and this method for determination the concentration in the laying hens, the elimination of quinolones residues in eggs was studied. Different content of enrofloxacin、ofloxacin、norfloxacin were added in the water for 5 days, the residues of quinolones were determined by HPLC. The
results showed that the residues of enrofloxacin in eggs was less than 10μg/kg at 8th withdrawal day; the residues of ofloxacin in eggs was less than 10μg/kg at 8th withdrawal day; the residues of norfloxacin in eggs was less than 10μg/kg at 12th withdrawal day. So, the withdrawal period of enrofloxacin、ofloxacin、norfloxacin were found to be 14d、10d、10d in clinical before the age at first egg, respectively. |
