| 为验证猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在Vero细胞上的增殖，进一步规范非禽源外源病毒检验操作，将目前国内用于疫苗生产的5个猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒毒株分别在Vero细胞上继代，观察细胞病变并进行荧光抗体染色。结果显示，国内5个猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒毒株均能在Vero细胞上增殖，且能引起细胞出现圆缩、聚集和脱落等典型的PRRSV细胞病变，在细胞胞浆内也可观察到特异性绿色荧光。结果提示在进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗外源病毒检验时，样品须进行特异性血清中和处理，以免干扰外源病毒检验结果的判定。 |

| Verification on Proliferation of Five Different Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Strains in Vero Cells |

| Abstract: |
| To verify the proliferation of PRRSV in Vero cell,five PRRSV strains had been sub-cultured in Vero cell monolayers for three times. The proliferation characteristics had been identified by CPE observation and FA. The results showed that all of the five PRRSV strains could proliferate in Vero cell and cause cells rounding atrophy, aggregated, desquamated. Green fluorescence could be observed in cytoplasm after staining with FA,which suggested us that the sample should be neutralized with specific antibody while extraneous agents detecting of PRRS vaccine. |
