为探讨兽医临床治疗牛支原体肺炎常用药物的有效性,本文采用形态观察、分子生物学等方法对病原菌进行鉴定,共获得4株牛支原体,继而对分离菌株进行耐药性检测,结果表明,4株牛支原体均对大环内酯类抗生素耐药,对氟喹诺酮类及四环素类抗生素相对敏感。其实验结果为兽医临床对牛支原体肺炎的治疗具有一定的指导意义。 |

Identification of Mycoplasma bovis and drug susceptibility analysis in vitro. |

Abstract: |
In this paper, 4 strains of M.bovis were obtained by identification of pathogen using the methods of morphology observation and molecular biology methods, and the drug resistance of them were evaluated, in order to investigate the effectiveness of common drugs used on treatment for pneumonia leading by Mycoplasma bovis in veterinary clinic. The results show that 4 strains of M.bovis are macrolides-resistance, and relatively sensitive to fluoroquinolone and tetracycline antibiotics. This experimental results has a certain guide significance for veterinary clinical treatment of M.bovis . |
