为研究从华北地区分离的H3N8亚型马流感病毒(Huabei株)对马的致病性,分别用E2、E3、E4、E5及E10代病毒液人工感染健康马,比较了不同代次毒株对马的致病性差异。研究表明,E2、E3代病毒以107.2~107.4EID50剂量经喷雾途径可使12~18个月龄的马出现持续性发热、咳嗽和流浆液性鼻液等典型马流感症状;同样剂量的E4、E5和E10代病毒感染马匹后仅表现为流浆液性鼻液。本研究确定了马流感病毒Huabei株的感染剂量及代次,为马流感灭活疫苗效果评价奠定了实验感染模型基础。

To investigate the pathogenicity of equine influenza virus (EIV, strain Huabei, subtype H3N8) which isolated from Northern China, healthy horses were experimentally infected with the E2~E5 and E10 propagation of EIV, respectively, and then the pathogenicity of different propagations was compared.Results showed that twelve to eighteen months old horses inoculated with the E2 and E3 propagation of EIV (strain Huabei)by spraying routes at dose of 107.2~107.4 EID50exhibited the typical clinical signs of equine influenza such as continuity pyrexia, cough and watery nasal discharge, but the same dose of E4, E5 and E10 only brought about watery nasal discharge.The infective dose and generations of EIV (strain Huabei)were confirmed in this study and the experimental infection model will pave the way for efficiency evaluation of inactivated equine influenza vaccine. |
