MWCNT-MIP技术在兽药残留分析前处理中的应用进展

摘要:
在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)表面接枝分子印迹聚合物(MIP)制备的碳纳米管-分子印迹聚合物(MWCNT-MIP)具有更高的结合容量、更大的选择性和更快的结合动力学特性,近年来备受关注。本文在总结MIP和MWCNT各自特性及其在兽药残留分析中的应用基础上,着重阐述了MWCNT接枝MIP技术及其在兽药残留分析前处理中的应用情况,并对该技术的优势与存在的问题进行了探讨,为深入研究MWCNT-MIP的合成及在复杂基质中药物残留分析提供参考。

Progress on Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube-molecularly Imprinted Solid-phase Extraction Technique in the Analysis of Veterinary Drugs residues

Abstract:
Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) is grafted to multi-walled carbon nano-tube (MWCNT), which this novel composite (Multi-walled carbon nanotubes-molecularly imprinted polymer, MWCNT-MIP) has a higher binding capacity, greater selectivity and faster binding kinetics, and it is of concern in recent years. In this paper, the characteristics of the MIP and MWCNT and their applications in sample pretreatment of veterinary drugs residues analysis are summarized. The technique of multi-walled carbon nanotubes grafted molecularly imprinted polymer and its application in veterinary drug residue analysis are mainly described. In addition, the advantages of MWCNT-MIP in SPE procedure for residues analysis and several problems are discussed, and expect it can provide reference for the further studies of MWCNT-MIP synthesis and its application in residues analysis of complex matrices.
