测定鸡传染性法氏囊病活疫苗(B87株)参考品有效期的经典热加速稳定试验

摘要:
采用热加速稳定性试验,以鸡胚半数致死量测定法对制备的参考疫苗进行病毒含量测定,预期其贮存有效期。根据Arrhenius方程,以不同温度下衰减速率常数K估算较低温度下K值,并计算参考疫苗在-30 ℃下贮存效力值下降一个滴度所需的时间约为2.4年。

Accelerated Thermostability Test of Living Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccine (B87 Strain)

Abstract:
Accelerated thermostability test was used to evaluate the valid storage period of living infectious bursal disease vaccine (B87 strain) with kinetic analysis of the amount of virus of the vaccine (ELD50). K parameter of lower temperature was estimated from K parameter of higher temperature. And the validity of the vaccine stored at -30℃ would be about 2.4 years, calculated from the K parameter. Results of continuous stability monitoring for one year were in accordance with that expected by the accelerated thermostability test.
