摘要:

结合几年来的口蹄疫生产质量管理实践，对质量控制的意义及质量控制的保证措施（原辅料、工艺、检验等方面对质量控制措施）等方面进行了综述和探讨，为建立科学合理的质量控制措施，保证产品质量提供参考。

Abstract:

With several years of production quality management practice of foot and mouth disease, the significance of quality control and quality control measures (in terms of raw materials, process, inspection) were reviewed and discussed in this paper. The purpose of this article is to provide references for establishing scientific, reasonable quality control measures and the controllability of product quality.
