摘要:

为了建立柴葛解肌颗粒的质量标准，采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对本品中柴胡、白芍、甘草等药材进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定黄芩苷的含量。结果表明：薄层色谱斑点清晰，阴性无干扰；黄芩苷在3.664~73.28 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.99%，RSD为0.54%。试验建立的方法准确可靠，专属性强,可用于该产品的质量控制标准。

Abstract:

To establish the quality standard of Chaigejieji granule. Radix Bμpleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were identified by thin-layer chromatography; the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. The result showed that The TLC spots of these traditional Chinese medicinal materials were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference. The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range from 3.664 to 73.28 μg/mL and the average recovery was 99.99% (RSD 0.54%). The method established was reliable, accurate, exclusive. It can be used as the standard of Chaigejieji granule.
