本试验旨在研究提高卵黄液除脂率和卵黄抗体的纯度,建立适合大量生产卵黄抗体的工艺研究。本研究比较了不同除脂条件对卵黄液除脂率及卵黄抗体纯度的影响,最终确定卵黄液与醋酸盐体积比为1:8,pH值调至5.2,2~8℃沉淀15小时(过夜)除脂的效果最理想,且蛋白的纯度高,适合大量提取卵黄抗体。 |

Abstract: |
The aim of this study was to increase the r the fat removal rate for yolk solution and the purity of IgY, and establish a manufacture process for IgY production. The Effect of the Fat removal rate for Yolk solution and the purity of IgY under the different conditions showd that high fat removal rate yolk solution and purity of IgY could be got if we dilute the yolk solution with acetate buffer nine multiple, and adjust pH to 5.2,and put the precipitation at 2~8℃ for 15 hours. |
