液质联用法测定饲料中14种抗菌药物的研究

摘要:

建立了液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(LC-MS/MS)联用技术同时测定饲料中硝基咪唑、硝基呋喃、喹恶啉14种抗菌药物的分析方法。样品通过乙腈-水(60：40,体积比)混合溶液提取,Waters Oasis HLB 固相萃取柱净化后上机测定。在正负离子模式下通过两对离子对进行定性定量分析。结果表明,16种药物在2 ng/mL~100 ng/mL内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,测定三个添加浓度的回收率,回收率为40.1～123.7%,批内、批间相对标准偏差均<20%,检测限为20μg/kg。该方法适用于饲料中16种抗菌药物的同时测定。

Abstract:

SA method using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry was developed for simultaneous determination of 16 kinds antibiotics of nitroimidazoles、nitrofurans、quinazolines in feedstuff. The sample was extracted with acetonoitrile-water (60:40), and was cleaned up by the HLB cartridge. The purified extracts were analysed by LC-MS/MS under the mode of positive and negative electrospray ionization. The results indicated that the correlations of 16 drugs were greater than 0.99 and the average recoveries ranged from 40.1%~123.7% at there spiked levels with RSD less than 20%. The method was suitable for the identification and quantification of 16 kinds antibiotics of nitroimidazoles、nitrofurans、quinazolines in feedstuff.
