Abstract: |
In Situ Hybridization (ISH) technique was invented and developed in 80s which can position gene expression products in situ without destroying tissue integrity, thus have been widespread used in scientific study. Based on different probe marking methods, different ISH technologies’ technical principles, current applications, prospects and disadvantages are elaborated in the veterinary microbiology . |
