用高效液相色谱法测定那西肽的纯度。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(250?4.6mm,5μm),pH5.6磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈-甲醇(54:43:3)为流动相;流速为0.7ml/min;测定波长为330nm的高效液相色谱法。结果表明,该方法具有较好的专属性,在10.5-94.9μg/ml浓度范围内峰面积与浓度成良好的线性关系,定量限和检测限分别为0.25μg/ml和0.12μg/ml。表明该方法简便、快速、专属性强,适用于那西肽的纯度测定。 |

Determination of purity for Nosiheptide by HPLC |

Abstract: |
To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Nosiheptide. The operation conditions were performed on C18 column(250?4.6mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of pH5.6 phosphate buffer- acetonitrile- methanol(54:43:3). The flow was 0.7 ml/min and detection wavelength was 300nm. The results indicated that this method had good specificity, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.5-94.9μg/mL, limit of quantification and limit of detect were 0.25μg/mL and 0.12μg/mL respectively. In conclusion, the method is simple, rapid and good specificity. It can be used for the determination of purity for Nosiheptide. |
