| 对市售18个厂家的克仑特罗酶联免疫试剂盒进行考察,对其用于猪尿中克仑特罗残留检测的可操作性、灵敏度、准确度、精密度等参数进行比较,结果表明目前市售的部分克仑特罗酶联免疫试剂盒可用于猪尿中克仑特罗残留的筛选监测,检测限为1μg/L。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article presents the comparative results of 18 commercial ELISA kits for clenbuterol in operabilities, sensitivity, recoveries and precisions. The results show that parts of the commercial ELISA test kits can be used for clenbuterol residues detection in swine urine as screening method. The limits of detection are 1μg/L. |
