猪肺炎支原体是引起猪支原体肺炎的病原,目前我国兽医临床对其耐药性的报道较少。本研究对4株猪肺炎支原体的耐药性进行了检测,结果发现,泰妙菌素和环丙沙星是治疗猪肺炎支原体感染最有效的抗菌药物,其MIC值均低于0.03μg/mL,其次分别为四环素类、林克酰胺类和大环内酯类,而对氟苯尼考的敏感性则较差。 |

Study on In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility detection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae |

Abstract: |
Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is the etiologic agent of mycoplasma pneumonia in swine, but little research to date has been conducted on antimicrobial susceptibility of M. hyopneumoniae in China. The antimicrobial susceptibility of 4 isolates was detected in this study. Tiamulin and ciprofloxacin (MIC ≤0.03μg/mL) were the most effective antimicrobials, followed by tetracyclines, lincomycins and macrolides. Reduced susceptibility to florfenicol of M. hyopneumoniae was observed. |
