高效液相色谱法测定中药散剂中添加的土霉素

摘要:
本文建立高效液相色谱法检测白龙散、三子散、四味穿心莲散中非法添加土霉素的方法。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6?150㎜,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液:乙腈(84:16)为流动相,检测波长353nm,流速1.5mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温为室温。结果表明土霉素在0.5-1000μg/mL范围内线性关系良好;检测限分别为白龙散0.3μg/mL,三子散1μg/mL,四味穿心莲散0.2μg/mL。本方法的回收率在98.3%-100.2%之间,RSD为0.16%-0.73%。结果表明,本方法准确、可靠,适用于中药散剂中非法添加土霉素含量的检测。

Abstract:
Abstract: An HPLC method was established for effective detection on oxytetracycline added illegally in Chinese Herbal powders as Bailong San, Sanzi San and Siweichuanxinlian San, etc. A reverse – phase C18 column was used, the mobile phase was phosphate buffer– acetonitrile (84:16), the determination wave length was 353nm, the flow rate was 1.5mL/min ,the sample size was 10μL , the column worked at room temperature. The result demonstrated that the linearity range of oxytetracycline was 0.5-1000μg/mL,the limit of detection of Bailong San was 0.3μg/mL,the limit of detection of Sanzi San was 1μg/mL and the limit of detection of Siweichuanxinlian San was 0.2μg/mL.The recovery was 98.3%—100.2%, RSD was 0.16%—0.73%.It indicated that this method was accurate, reliable and suitable in the determination of oxytetracycline added illegally in veterinary medicine powders.
