不同因素对猪肺炎支原体颜色变化单位测定的影响

摘要:
为摸清猪肺炎支原体的颜色变化单位(CCU)测定是否受试验相关因素的影响,通过不同培养体系、不同种类的容器、不同的稀释方法测定猪肺炎支原体的CCU,观察培养基的变色情况,最终通过测定各组猪肺炎支原体的CCU来分析不同因素对猪肺炎支原体培养滴度的影响。结果显示,利用不同培养体系、不同容器及不同的稀释方法测定猪肺炎支原体的CCU,其结果差异均不显著(P>0.05)。该研究可为今后支原体的CCU测定提供参考。

Effects of Various Factors on the Color Changing Units Assay of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae

Abstract:
The color changing units(CCU) assay of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is a method of quantitative study of Mycoplasma, which is the determination of Mycoplasma in classical method. To make sure whether the color changing units assay of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is affected by different factors,the test used different culture system ,different types of container, different dilution method to determinate the CCU of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, observe the color changing of medium, ultimately determine the CCU to analyze the effect of different factors on the determination of CCU. The results showed that the use of different culture system, different containers and different dilution method for the determination of CCU, which were not significant differences. This test offered a fairly good reference for the color changing units assay of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
