| 通过向高氏1号培养基中加入一定量的豆饼粉、酵母浸膏粉和玉米浆,对配方进行优化调整用于泰乐菌素产生菌的培养,与原有的麸皮斜面进行对比。结果表明在高氏1号培养基中加豆饼粉和酵母浸膏粉使斜面生长周期缩短至8～9天,同时减小斜面批与批之间差异,数据分析进一步表明改进的高氏1号培养基提高了菌种生产水平,同时产生大量优质孢子。 |

| Through to the Gao1 culture medium by adding a certain amount of soybean flour, yeast extract powder and corn syrup, the formula for optimal adjustment for Tylosin producing bacteria to the contrast of the original bran slant culture medium. The results showed that in Gao1 culture medium with soybean flour and yeast extract powder were reduced the slope growth cycle shortens to 8~ 9 days, at the same time, the analysis data that produced more quality and stabilized and improved strain production level |
