芩花注射剂抗炎和免疫作用的研究

摘要:
为评价芩花注射剂的抗炎作用及其对免疫功能的影响,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、腹腔毛细血管通透性法,观察芩花注射剂的抗炎效果;采用迟发型超敏反应、碳粒廓清及脏器系数法,观察芩花注射剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能及对中枢免疫器官和外周免疫器官发育的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,芩花注射剂高(10 g/kg)、中( 5 g/kg )、低( 2.5 g/kg )三个剂量组均可明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀及醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高( P<0.05或P<0.01 );能明显抑制2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发型超敏反应( P<0.05 或P<0.01 ),增强单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能并提高胸腺指数和脾指数( P<0.05或P<0.01 )。结果表明,芩花注射剂具有一定的抗炎和增强机体免疫力的功能。

Abstract:
To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect and immune effect of Qinhua injection, methods of ear-swelling and celiac capillary permeability were adopted to study the anti-inflammatory actions of Qinhua injection; delayed-type hypersensitivity, carbon clearance, immune organ coefficient methods were used to observe the influences of cellular immunity, mononuclear macrophage phagorytosis functions and the development of central and peripheral immune organs in mice. Compared with the control group, the results showed that the ear swelling induced by xylene and increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid were inhibited significantly by Qinhua injection ( the high, middle and low dose groups ) (P<0.05 or P<0.01, respectively). The delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) was inhibited markedly ( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ), the phagocytic function of mononuclear-macrophage, the indexes of thymus and spleen were remarkedly increased by Qinhua injection ( the high, middle and low dose groups ) ( P<0.05 or P<0.01 ). The results indicated that Qinhua injection could inhibit inflammatory and increase immune function.
