| 应用胶体金免疫层析技术，采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金颗粒，在玻璃纤维膜上包被胶体金标记PCV-2抗原(cap蛋白)，在硝酸纤维素膜上检测线和对照线处分别包被PCV-2抗原(cap蛋白)和PCV-2单抗，制成猪圆环病毒2型抗体免疫金标检测试纸条。该试纸条与猪圆环2型抗体酶联免疫检测试剂盒对比，准确率为94.7%，整个实验过程只需15min，与ELISA试剂盒比较，具有操作方便、快速、直观的优点。 |

| Study of Colloidal Gold Strip in Detecting the Ant ibody of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography, with the tri-sodium citrate reduction method, colloidal gold strip was prepared and applied to detect the anti-PCV-2 antibody. PCV-2 and anti-PCV-2 Monoclonal antibody was coated on the test region and control zone respectively. The accuracy of strip is 94.7% compared to ELISA test kit. The whole experimentation merely needed fifteen minutes. This test shows that this strip has the merits of convenient operation, celerity and intuitional. |
