微波萃取莪术挥发油及其成分分析

摘要:
采用微波萃取的方式提取莪术中的挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析。实验结果显示,用微波萃取莪术挥发油的得率为3.36%,高于水蒸汽蒸馏法;挥发油中莪术呋喃烯酮含量最高,达到20.14%,其次是莪术醇,为18.34%。该实验可为莪术药材及其挥发油的有效利用提供依据。

Abstract:
The volatile oil of Curcumae rhizoma was extracted by microwave-extracting and detected by GC-MS. Results showed that the extraction yield of volatile oil using microwave was 3.36%, higher than that by steam distillation. The main constituents of the volatile oil were the curzerenone achieving 20.14%, followed by curcumol of 18.34%. This experiment has practical significance for the effective use of Curcumae rhizoma and its volatile oil.
