| 采用同位素内标法和高效液相-串联质谱法对猪尿莱克多巴胺阳性样品进行三种不同解离处理方法比较试验,结果表明,三种方法差异明显,用β-葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶在37℃酶解16h效果最好,在60℃酶解2h效果次之,用0.1%高氯酸酸解提取效果最差。 |

| Using isotope internal standard method and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) on porcine urinary Ractopamine positive samples of three different treatment methods comparison of dissociation, the results show that, three methods have obvious differences, with β-Glucuronidase/ Sulfatse enzyme 16 hours at 37℃ is the effect best, at 60℃ enzymatic hydrolysis of 2 hours is the better, with 0.1% Perchloric acid solution for extraction is the worst effect. |
