采用克隆技术从肺炎克雷伯菌分离菌株MGH78578的染色体中把耐药基因ketM克隆到载体pBluescript II上,从而获得了重组质粒pDSH8。利用遗传学和生物化学对基因ketM进行解析。结果,ketM是一个属于MATE型多药外排泵的基因。本文可为生物制药的研究提供理论依据和数据基础。 |

Abstract: |
Resistance gene ketM was isolated from Klebsiella pneumoniae MGH78578 chromosome, and was cloned into vector pBluescript II,plasmid pDSH8 was obtained after recombination. KetM was analyzed by using genetic and biochemical methods. The results show that ketM is a gene of MATE-type multi-discharge pump. The article can provide theoretical basis and data base for biopharmaceutical research. |
