阿德呋啉水溶剂治疗鸡球虫病的试验研究

摘要:

啊德呋啉是一种新型的抗球虫药,为了使其在养禽业中获得广泛的应用,通过鸡体实验观察了阿德呋啉水溶剂治疗艾美耳球虫的效果,同时建议最佳的使用剂量。70只13日龄的雏鸡随机分为7组,包括阴性和阳性对照组、阿德呋啉水溶剂(65mg/kg、70mg/kg、75mg/kg)、阿德呋啉粉剂(70mg/kg)及妥曲珠利水溶剂(25mg/kg)。除阴性对照组外,其余组鸡只均接种混合的球虫孢子化卵囊(5万/羽),试验后根据ACI判断抗球虫药的疗效。结果显示所有给药组中65mg/kg阿德呋啉水溶剂组ACI为185.54,抗球虫效果最好,其余试验组ACI均低于180。

Abstract:

Adprin as a new anticoccidial drug was developed in our laboratory. Concentration of adprin in chicken body was determined to observe the efficacy of adprin oral solution against Eimeria spp. in chicken and the adaptive clinical dose was provided. 13-days-old chicken were divided into 7 groups (1-7), 10 chicks per group, including control group, adprin oral solution (65mg/kg, 70mg/kg, 75mg/kg), powdered adprin(70mg/kg), toltrazuril oral solution. All chicks were inoculated by 5 ? 104 sporulated oocysts of mixed Eimeria species (the main species were E.tenella and E.necatrix) except negative control. In all treatment groups, adprin oral solution (65ppm) can control the coccidiosis efficiently, the ACI was 185.54. The result showed that adprin oral solution has good effect in standing against coccidiosis.
