4种病毒性猪病流行病学调查与分析

摘要:
利用ELISA和PCR/RT-PCR方法,对2010年6月-2011年9月来自20个省、市的病料和血清共13824份分别进行了抗原和抗体的检测,以调查猪瘟(CSF)、猪圆环病毒病(PCVD)、猪蓝耳病(PRRS)、猪伪狂犬病(PR)的流行情况。结果显示:抗原和猪场阳性率最高的均是PCVD,分别达到63.14%(334/529)和89.69%(87/97),最低的均是PR,分别达到10.01%(354/3537)和38.67%(58/150);抗体水平最高的是PR,最低的是PCVD,说明疫苗免疫具有一定效果;证实了目前PRRSV和HP-PRRSV均是流行毒株,并且在同一猪场同时检出这两个毒株的几率很大。以上结果呈现出4种疾病的感染情况,以期能为养猪业提供参考,从而采取合理有效的防治措施。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the prevalence status of classical swine fever (CSF), porcine circovirus disease (PCVD), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and porcine pseudorabies (PR), 13824 specimen and serum samples collected from 20 provinces and cities from Jun 2010 to Sep 2011 were detected for antigen and antibody level determination by ELISA and PCR/RT-PCR method. The results indicated that PCVD showed the highest positive incidence among four virus diseases both in samples and pig farms which was 63.14% (334/529) and 89.69% (87/97) respectively. And PR showed the lowest positive rate both in samples and pig farms which was 10.01% (354/3537) and 38.67% (58/150) respectively. And the determination results suggested that PR had the highest antibody level while PCVD had the lowest, which indicated certain effects on immunity by vaccine. In addition, the results also indicated that present PRRSV and HP-PRRSV were popular strains and extremely high incidence of both strains detected in the same farm. All the results above clearly showed the infectious status of the four diseases, which could provide the reference for preventive treatment in pig industry by taking valid and effective measures.
