致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱的建立

摘要:
目的:建立致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱。方法:用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术分离细菌DNA,EB染色,Info Quest FP聚类分析软件分析。结果:获得了《中国兽医菌种目录》中收录的127株致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱,其中CVCC212与CVCC213等12对大肠埃希氏菌流行病学相关。结论:实验通过建立127株致病性大肠埃希氏菌脉冲场凝胶电泳图谱,丰富了致病性大肠埃希氏菌背景资料,为进一步分析基因分型与致病性之间的关系提供了实验数据。

Abstract:
objective:construct pulsed-field gel electrophoresis maps of malgenic Escherichia coli.Method:segregated bacterial DNA used pulsed-field gel electrophoresis technology.Then marked with EB.Analyzed maps with Info Quest FP cluster analysis software in the end.Consequence:pulsed-field gel electrophoresis maps of 127 malgenic Escherichia coli strains included by CVCC Catalogue of Cultures were obtained,in which 12 strains including CVCC212 and CVCC213 were correlated to epidemiology of Escherichia coli.Conclusion:pulsed-field gel electrophoresis maps of 127 malgenic Escherichia coli strains constructed in the experiment consummated background information of malgenic Escherichia coli The experiment provided valuable data for analyzing further relationship between genotyping and pathogenicity.
