口服疫苗抗原递送载体Lactococcus lactis NZ9000研究进展

摘要:
综述了基因工程菌Lactococcus lactis NZ9000在基因组学、安全性、功能性、疫苗载体构建、菌株改造等方面的研究进展,对NZ9000作为口服疫苗载体的表达系统进行了评述,展望了其在生物制药、疫苗开发和食品工业等领域的应用前景,并对今后研究的发展方向做了分析。

Advancement of Lactococcus lactis NZ9000 as oral vaccine delivery vehicle

Abstract:
Advance in genomics, safety, functionality, vaccine vehicle construction and strain improvement of genetically engineered bacteria Lactococcus lactis NZ9000 were reviewed. The gene expression system of NZ9000 as oral vaccine delivery vehicle were discussed and it’s application prospect in the fields of biopharming, vaccine development and food industry were proposed and it’s research development in the future was also briefly analyzed.
