详细介绍了高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗病毒含量测定能力比对实施的全过程，比较了参考值评价法和稳健统计技术在本次能力验证结果评价中的应用情况，为进一步有效开展兽用生物制品行业能力比对工作提供有益参考。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the whole process of proficiency testing for viral titre detection of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome live vaccine. Two different evaluation methods, reference compare method and robust statistic technology were used to evaluate the results. This work was expected to provide the basis for the development of proficiency testing in veterinary biologics.
