建立了复方季铵盐戊二醛溶液中季铵盐分离鉴别方法,即以[氯仿-水(20∶1.5)的下层溶液]-甲醇(10∶3)为展开剂、浓氨试液为预平衡剂,采用硅胶G薄层板进行分离鉴别,实现了三类季铵盐良好的分离鉴别,并且较好的避免了制剂中其他辅料的干扰。该方法操作简便、成本低廉、分离效果良好,适用于该类复方消毒剂的质量控制。 |

Separation and Identification of Quaternary Ammonium in Compound Quaternary Ammonium Salt and Glutaral Solution by TLC |

Abstract: |
A TLC method for separation and identification of quaternary ammonium in compound quaternary ammonium salt and glutaral solution was established. Silica-G-CMCNa plate was used with [the lower solution of chloroform-water (20∶15)]-methanol (10∶3) as developing solvent and ammonia as pre-equilibrium solution for the separation and identification. Three types of quaternary ammonium salt were separated well, and avoided the interference from accessories in the product effectively. The method is simple, cheap and effective, and can be applied for the quality-control of this type compound disinfectant. |
