自拟化瘀膏外敷配合红外线灯照射治疗马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎的疗效观察

摘要:

腱鞘炎是马骡的常见疾病,屈腱的腱鞘比伸腱的腱鞘发病多,特别是指(跖)部腱鞘炎发病率较高,临床上也没有比较好的治疗方法。多年来,我们采用自拟化瘀膏外敷配合红外线照射治疗马骡指(跖)部腱鞘炎14例,均获得了令人满意的疗效,现报告如下。

Abstract:

Tenosynovitis is the common disease in horses and mules, Qu Jian of the tendon sheath of tendon sheath disease more than extensor tendon, particularly ( plantar ) Department of a higher incidence, clinical on no better treatment method. Over the years, we used self-made Huayu ointment combined with infrared ray irradiation in the treatment of horses and mules ( plantar ) refers to Department of tenosynovitis in 14 cases, all obtained satisfactory curative effect, report as follows now.
