五种抗生素联合应用对大肠杆菌抗菌效果

摘要:
研究亚胺培南与头孢曲松钠、亚胺培南与头孢噻肟钠、丁胺卡那与痢菌净在体外联合应用对于大肠杆菌ATCC25922的抗菌效果。测定各种药物对于大肠杆菌ATCC25922的最小抑菌浓度,应用棋盘微量稀释法测定亚胺培南与头孢曲松钠、亚胺培南与头孢噻肟钠、丁胺卡那与痢菌净对大肠杆菌ATCC25922的抑菌效果。结果显示,亚胺培南与头孢曲松钠、亚胺培南与头孢噻肟钠、丁胺卡那与痢菌净联合应用对大肠杆菌ATCC25922呈现协同作用。亚胺培南与头孢曲松钠、亚胺培南与头孢噻肟钠、丁胺卡那与痢菌净的联合应用大大减少了药物用量,提高了药物效果,为临床用药提供理论支持。

Abstract:
The combined antibacterial effects of imipenem and ceftriaxone sodium, imipenem and cefotaxime sodium, amikacin and mequindox on Escherichia coli ATCC25922 in vitro were studied. Firstly the minimal inhibitory concentration of these medicines against Escherichia coli ATCC25922 was determined.The antibacterial effects of imipenem and ceftriaxone sodium, imipenem and cefotaxime sodium, amikacin and mequindox were determined by chessboard micro-dilution method. The results showed that the combined application of imipenem and ceftriaxone sodium, imipenem and cefotaxime sodium, amikacin and mequindox on Escherichia coli ATCC25922 had synergistic effect. The combined application of imipenem and ceftriaxone sodium, imipenem and cefotaxime sodium, amikacin and mequindox reduced dosage of the drugs and improved curative effect, the study provided theoretical support for clinical medication.
