利用积分球漫反射近红外光谱法检测了7种动物用冻干疫苗中的水分含量,结果准确。采用了PLS算法,全交互验证建立定量校正模型,SECV为0.0293,SEP为0.0493,R2为0.9936。对27个样本的预测偏差范围为-0.47~0.63之间,相对标准偏差为0.19%~2.24%之间,F检验表明近红外光谱法检测动物疫苗中水分含量与卡尔费休法无明显差异,为近红外方法在动物疫苗水分含量无损检测的应用提供了依据。 |

Abstract: |
The articles developed determination of water content in the animal vaccines with integrate sphere diffuse reflectance NIR spectrometer, the results is accurate. Established quantitative calibration models with PLS algorithm and full cross-validation, SECV is 0.0293, SEP is 0.0493 and R2 is 0.9936. Predicted 27 samples and the deviation distributed in -0.47~0.63, RSD is 0.19%~2.24%,F test indicated that NIR method and Karl Fischer method with no significant difference in water detected in animal vaccines. The experiment provides an important reference value in animal vaccines water detection with NIR method. |
