| 溶菌酶是一种能选择性地使对象微生物细胞壁溶解,从而对生物体本身具有保护作用的酶类。兔大肠杆菌病是由致病性大肠杆菌及其毒素引起的一种暴发性、死亡率很高的仔兔肠道疾病,临床上以出现水样或胶胨样腹泻和严重脱水为主要特征,并陆续出现死亡,对养兔业危害很大。本研究通过用溶菌酶对40例兔大肠杆菌病的临床治疗试验,结果治疗有效率达95%以上,比丁胺卡那霉素、氟哌酸和氨苄青霉素的治愈率平均高50个百分点。在各地推广应用200多万只兔,效果良好。 |

| The research on treatment effect of Lysozyme with colibacillosis in rabbit |

| Abstract: |
| Lysozyme, an enzyme which could disolve the outmembrame of bacteria selectively is protective for the biosome itself. Rabbit colibacillosis is one kind of enteropatia which could induce the quick outbreak and high mortality within neonatal rabbit. The clinlcal symptom of the disease include water like or jelly like diarrhea so as the died of dehydration. The current study used lysozyme to treat 40 rabbit- colibacillosis, ninety-five percent of rabbits were cured, fifty percent higher than amikacin, norfloxacin and ampicillin averagely. The medicine was applied in many places totally 2 million rabbits successfully. |
