| 七味胆膏汤给大耳白兔连续三天灌胃给药,最后一次给药后0.5h、1h、2h、4h取血,制备含药血清,观察对大肠杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌的抑菌作用,结果表明七味胆膏汤含药血清对大肠杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌均有显著的抑菌作用,且均在给药后2h表现出最强的抑菌作用。 |

| Research on Antibacterial effect of Qiwei bile cream soup in vivo |

| Qiwei bile cream soup was given to rabbits for three consecutive days by irrigation, blood was collected, and drug-containing serum was made after the last dose 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h. antimicrobial effect of drug-containing serum on E. coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus was detected. The results show that drug-containing serum of Qiwei bile cream soup showed a significant inhibitory effect on E. coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and the strongest inhibitory effect was shown in 2h after irrigation. |
