用公司分离鉴定的猪伪狂犬病毒(HB-J株)以4种佐剂研制成4批灭活疫苗,对家兔分别进行免疫以研究其免疫原性。疫苗分别免疫PRV抗体阴性家兔后,用乳胶凝集试验法(LAT)和中和试验法(SN)对试验兔进行血清抗体检测;于免疫后21、28d对试验家兔分别进行攻毒,观察家兔保护情况。试验结果表明,家兔对不同佐剂的猪伪狂犬病疫苗均产生良好的免疫应答反应,且家兔免疫后血清凝集价≥1:32或血清抗体中和指数≥1479或中和价≥1:16时,可以抵抗500TCID50剂量强毒的攻击;家兔免疫后血清凝集价≥1:64或血清抗体中和指数≥2187或中和价≥1:32时,可以抵抗5000TCID50剂量强毒的攻击;四种佐剂灭活疫苗均具有良好的免疫效果。 |

Preliminary Study on Immunogenicity of Inactive Pseudorabies Vaccineof Different Adjuvants in Rabbit Animal Model |

Abstract: |
The virulent pseudorabies virus HB-J strain which was isolated and identified by our company,was developed with four batch of inactivated vaccine by four kinds of adjuvants and used to inoculate rabbits, respectively to study the immunogenicity. Their serum were collected at regular intervals, latex agglutination test(LAT) and neutralization test (NT) were used to detect the antibody in serum.After 21 days, 28 days inoculated, rabbits were inoculated with strong PRV and observed the protection.The results shows that rabbits can produced good immune response with different adjuvants pseudorabies vaccines,when the PRV LAT≥1:64,SN≥1476 or NT≥1:32,the rabbit inoculated with the vaccine could resist PRV infection. Four kinds of adjuvants inactivated vaccine have good the immunogenicity. |
