| 【目的】为规范和提高我国大动物试验的生物安全,供今后建设大动物试验用生物安全动物舍借鉴。【方法】在分析和比较国内外生物安全重大事件和目前大动物试验条件的基础上,考察和研究美国与加拿大动物实验室的设计理念、硬件设施、软件管理及动物尸体与废弃物处理等程序。【结果】大动物试验的生物安全关系到我国畜牧业健康发展和社会稳定,我们应学习和借鉴欧美国家高科技含量的大动物试验室和人性化设计的理念和管理。【结论】我国应根据各地资源和社会环境建设与国际接轨的大动物试验用生物安全动物舍。 |

| Abstract: |
| 【Object】To standardize and improve the biosafety of livestock experiment and to provide the data for building the livestock experimental facility. 【Method】Based on analyzing and comparing the biosafsty severe events from domestic and overseas and experimental condition of livestock nowadays, it is analyzed and studied that designing idea, hardware facilities, software management and the procedure of disposing animal corpases and waste in America and Canada. 【Results】The biosafety of livestock experiment related to healthy progress of animal husbandry and social stabilization. We should study and use the experience of building livestock and the humanized designed idea and management of occident for reference. 【Conclusion】We should build experimental livestock biosafety facilities linked to international practice according to resource and social environment of various regions. |
