分析了痕量分析与动物性食品中兽药残留检测之间的关系，介绍了做好动物性食品中兽药残留检测的具体措施，提出了确保兽药残留检测质量的关键控制点，对检验员更好地开展检测工作具有借鉴作用。

Abstract:

The relationship of veterinary drug residue test and trace analysis was discussed. Concrete measures to improve the proficiency of veterinary drug residue test were introduced and several critical control points were summarized briefly, which was very helpful to carry out veterinary drug residue test.
