摘要:

维生素B12生产菌2009-106株经重离子50 Gy诱变处理得106-8株，其摇瓶单位较出发菌株2009-106提高了31％，对其发酵培养基优化后，应用于120吨发酵罐生产，明显提高产量。

Abstract:

Vitamin B12 producing strain 2009-106 was mutated by 50 Gy heavy ion into strain 106-8. Compared with the original strain2009-106，the relative flask potency of strain106-8 increased31%. After optimization of fermentation medium, it was used in120 tons fermentation can, and increased production obviously.
