| Abstract: |
| Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the content and the related substance of Dicyclanil.Method:Used a C18 column(5μm,4.6mm?250mm)and methol-water(30:70) as the mobile phase with UV detection at 269nm.The column temperature was 25℃.The flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1.The injection volumn was 20μL.Results:The linear range of the method was 1.01μg/ml～20.16μg/ml(r=0.9998)；the limit of detection was 2ng；the precision RSD was 0.56%(n=6)；the average recovery of the preparation was 99.66%(n=9).Conclusion:The mothed is simple, sensitive,accurate and can be used for the determination of dicyclanil. |
